NEWSFLASH!!!!!
SFX Magazine Reviews
We were reviewed in SFX Magazine issue 37 on page 132. The
23rd Letter got a B+ but SpaceNinjaCyberCrisis XDO for an A
which was coincidentally the best mark that issue for a gaming
related resource. Special thanks to SFX for the review!!!
Progress Report 98-03
Qabal is coming along nicely if slowly. The Projects Sourcebook is
close to finished and is a cracking good read if I say so myself. After
reading some of Colin's stuff my head is filled with adventure ideas.
The Sequel to SpaceNinjaCyberCrisis XDO is being worked upon. We also
have some other ideas for pocket games like SNCC XDO....

New Release!!! SpaceNinjaCyberCrisis XDO - article dated 01-07-97
SpaceNinjaCyberCrisis XDO is a totally
new game released at Q-CON IV which proved to be very popular
with the delegates. The demonstration game was oversubscribed
and the game made good sales at what was an excellent convention.
The game describes a world straight from popular Manga and Anime
and is designed to permit the style and substance of the genre
in a simple rule system. It is presented as an A5 perfect-bound
booklet with cover art and internal art by comic artist P.J.Holden.
Retails at 7.99 sterling.
Q-CON IV - article dated 24-05-97
This convention, held at Queen's University in Belfast on 27th-29th June is in its fourth
incarnation and it promises to be the biggest one yet. There should be some
information on the Dragonslayers
web page as well as some on our special Crucible
Design/Q-CON IV web page which should provide some more information!
Highlights of the convention include 8 tournaments, over 30 participation
games, The MegaGames (Both Star Trek and Star Wars) and new all-action LARP
games (Star Trek, Paranoia, Roman). Its cheap too! And we'll be there as well
happy to run games for you and release The Project Sourcebook for the first time
in the UK.
The 23rd Letter is reviewed in issue 16 of arcane - article dated 13-04-97
And we got a good review! 8/10 for our efforts. It was described
as 'powerful, evocative and original', 'full of roleplaying potential',
'the stuff that cults are made of'. Excellent!!!!

Our next products are scheduled for release in 1997. The first
will be a guide to the Government Projects in The 23rd Letter
entitled simply The Project Sourcebook.
The second product
we are working on will be the game of magic in the modern day
called QABAL. More on this as the work progresses.
